Susan Barker has served two large Presbyterian congregations as Music Director/Organist over the last thirty-five years: First Presbyterian Church of Corvallis, Oregon and First Presbyterian Church of Ann Arbor, Michigan. She knew from an early age that her calling was church music. Susan holds a Bachelors Degree in Organ Performance from Occidental College in Los Angeles and a Master of Music degree in Church Music from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey. Her two children, Amy and Peter, are both attorneys in Seattle and are married with children. Susan lives in Ann Arbor and cares for her mother, Dorothy.
