On Sunday mornings during worship in the sanctuary, we provide a worship opportunity for children 2nd grade and under in the Wee Believer’s room. Nursery is also provided by paid staff who have all undergone background checks.
Our Christian education classes for children of all ages takes place on Wednesday nights as part of our Journeying with Jesus program. Dinner begins at 5:30 pm in Fellowship Hall, followed by a brief opening with the adult participants at 6:00. After the opening, the children go to age appropriate classes where they meet until 6:50 and come back to Fellowship Hall for a closing. This fall we are using the Feasting on the Word Curriculum in conjunction with the adults who will also be using the same curriculum. This curriculum follows the coming Sunday’s lectionary readings and will allow for common conversation and faith formation in the home.
